Associate Director of Donor Relations

We seek an experienced professional to join our successful team as the Associate Director of Donor Relations. The Associate Director of Donor Relations will be working closely with the Advancement team in support of donor engagement, cultivation, and stewardship. Responsibilities include but are not limited to drafting acknowledgement letters, stewarding donors including endowed scholarship funds, assisting with all IA related fundraising and engagement events and ongoing outreach and communications with donors. This position also conducts research and creates donor profiles as needed. The Associate Director needs to possess organizational, professional, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with trustees, donors, staff, and guests at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Experience with gift software (Raiser's Edge/NXT highly desirable, not required) and strong knowledge of MS Office products are expected. Professional etiquette and a commitment to confidentiality is essential. Occasional travel may be required.

A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is available, and a partial remote work schedule is possible.
